Promote app after 30 days in store?

I was wondering.
Does it make sense to promote an application after 30 days in the google play store?
Do you have any experience?

no…how money?

I didn’t promote after 30 days, but some of my apps are suddenly increase in downloads even after 30 days.

Get ASO description done for the app and get genuine installs (not incentivized) min 500 and max 1000-2000 installs with (optional : some incentivized reviews) definitely you can grow your app rank even after 30 days of its launch.
