Create GP Developer account with untraceable credit card?

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s (still) possible to create a Google Play dev account with a CC that one can buy at a gas station or such. Also, if one sells apps, is the only option to register a bank account and provide a SSN (I live in the U.S.). I suppose I could form an LLC (Limited liability company), open a bank account associated with it, and give google the EIN for the LLC. My Wallet account was not terminated along with my dev account, but I certainly don’t want to use it anymore.

For now, I just want to throw some free apps back up and make sure that they last for a month or so before going through the trouble to create an LLC.

It’s not hard to rack up 3 infractions in 4 years… Then boom, banned for life!

Very good question, I also want to create a new GP dev account. I was thinking of using a family members CC but if your method works then Ill use it instead.

How about using virtual credit card linked with new mail id?
Atleast i have created my first account with virtual card.

Would i have to create the new Gplay account on a different IP address or can I use the one i have now for my other gplay account?

Yes you need separate IP thats the main way google tracks you.
