I developed several apps which are earning approx. $1000/month in total. I’d like to sell them and move on to other projects. The income is stable and hasn’t decreased in a few years. How much do you think I could sell these apps for?
Investors should pay one year profit for these apps. And this is normal price. So the 12k is good price.

If your app income depends solely on ads, the buyer may need to change the ad id and so on, the existing users who didn’t update the apps may not contribute any income, i.e. after transfer the buyer may not able to get stable $1k per month.
$12k is worth if your app is getting new users & growing. Old apps that are decreasing downloads daily should be cheaper.
