Hello,
I need some resource or service where i could ask only needfull rather than getting full app developed.

Say i am writing some app and stucked somewhere which is either too timetaking or i am all unknown about.
Can i get some sample code which resolves my issue and could proceed?

please tell some service name or anything which provide something like this. I will pay for it.

Mostly on freelancing sites,complete code or projects are bidded.
I am interested only in selective issues.
