I need to develop this:

I need two apps - one master and other slave .
Slaves chose mater to connect.
The master control all slaves connected and can make three things :

  • lock slave screen
  • stream master screen to slave screen
  • open app on slave device

How can I achieve this ? What aproach should I use ?
