Help with my CTR on Admob (1 million impresions - 0,15% CTR - 0,07 RPM)

    Hi all,

I am desperate, my application is having a very low CTR, less than a year ago when CTR was 7 times more easily. What could be the problem? My other applications are around 1% CTR with the same type of advertising and countries.

The picture is from last month:

    Other app from last month:

All my applications are around 1% except the first app.
What am i doing wrong? Ads that come out are the same, the banners are the same, they appear the same, etc.
    Does anyone have a clue?

    Yesterday awesome rates:

    Impressions: 41,000
    CTR: 0,10%
    RPM: 0,05€
    Earnings: 1,97€
    Downloads: 2500

The problem isn't the refresh time. Other app:
    Impressions: 8,600
    CTR: 0,91%
    RPM: 0,40€
    Earnings: 3,60€

Are you sure the banner in the first app is visible all the time?
Also, how many percent invalid activity did you have in Juli?

It could be that your banner generates too many invalid clicks, which are discarded by Admob.

Banners typically do CTR's of 0.3% to 0.8% in my experience. Low CTR means you get the crappy ads nobody clicks on, making your CTR go down even more. Also, Admob pays less than others. Take your traffic elsewhere. The end.

The strange thing is, at least in my area, the ads from all of my apps are the same at 90%, for this I'm wondering what is wrong with my low CTR app.

    My rates today:

    Impressions: 40,000
    CTR: 0,12%
    RPM: 0,07€

In Admob payment section, they show how much you get paid and how much was deducted due to invalid activity.
    (E.g. paid $100, invalid $1, means 1% invalid activity).

Maybe they stop serving high paying ads if there is lots of invalid activiy.

Maybe have a look at the "ad review center". You can block individual ads if you think they are inappropriate for your app.

Ah ok, I thought it was something else, for me the last month was 0,03% of total. So nothing.

I checked the ad review center and all the ads long ago, but I have many types ads all the days and I don't think this is the cause.

Admob maybe pays less than others, but it give me more confidence. Share your experience if you want.
