hello , first sorry for my bad english. i try buying google developer account but all times gettin wrong credit card error and i try 5 more card still nothing. i can buy 3rd party market to google wallet code but i can use this code in buying developer account ?
I was able to get a developer account using paypal as payment, first signup on your phone a new gmail account then go buy a 99 cent app on the appstore, use paypal as payment method, now register for developer account and google will use your default payment method.
By sharing such work-around in forum will attract google play attention. You never know if one of them is a user in this forum.
This maybe plugged in future.
