I have a question is it ok by google to reskin an application from a bought source code?
I believe they can identify duplicate application source codes.
Well, there are sure lots of devs doing it and a few companies whose business model is based on that practice. I haven’t heard of Google kicking apps for that reason (at least not yet). Some devs reskin their own games with very minor code changes without getting flagged.
I saw warner Brothers. One of very few top developers in Google play do that. 
Check their games - Injustice and WWE immortals. Same Game just different characters
