Would an app like this be allowed on Play Store:
Although it does NOT contain any nudity or offensive content some may consider “erotic” though its intended use is probably just ‘bit of fun’
Id say its just a bunch of dancing girls.
If yes what would be the age restriction on this 16+ or 18+
It is very risky. I would not attempt to give such app in Google Play.
You might succeed of course, but maybe not worth the risk.

Whether it survives or not is another question (I’d guess that sooner or later it will be removed as Google excels in image search and recognition).
