After How Many App suspensions does google terminate developer account?
Is it after 4 suspensions or as soon as 5th suspension occur?
I am talking about apps that are suspended and treaded as a policy strike.

There isn’t a magic number, it’s all about the type of suspension and how long ago previous suspensions occured.
In my experience, in-app ads done wrong can get your app banned.
So I make sure developers don’t include ads right upon launch of the app or on screens without content (login and logout screens, credits ). There shouldn’t be any specific CTA which tells users to tap on or interact with any ads. And also, I suggest avoiding interstitials at random times, when there is an increased likelihood of accidental clicks.
