I have app that have admob but i would like to add another banner or change Admob out. eCPM is now about $0.2. What solutions theres?

You can easily add another network to your waterfall as there are a few out there that offer banners. I would look into a mediation network. Let them be in charge of getting you the best eCPM.
You could also mediate the networks you choose yourself easily.
