Startapp hasn't paid my paymeny

I have been getting payment from startapp for 5 months. But the last payment (jun), they didint pay me.
it is written like this;

Not enough information to credit payee account.
Account details not added

Have you ever met with such a thing ?

How much revenue are you due?

They also didn’t pay me this month. I contacted their support and they told me that they are having problems with their payment provider.
I think we just need to wait a couple days until they get this fixed.

Same here, payment not received and pending status… Just contacted support.
