One Year ago I had my playstore account banned for tos infractions .Having youtube in my apps.My admob accoount was banned also then without notice a couple of days later reinstated never gave me a reason just a email saying its been reinstated .
I would like to build apps again having a new bank card and able to open another playstore account if i use the same admob account am I likely to get it my account closed again?
You can use old admob with new play store account.
