Odds in FAN insterstials. Accept, Cancel button outside screen? Anyone noticed it?

Hi,

I have noticed in latest days FAN network insterstitials are bigger than movile screen. So, to see Accept, Cancel buttons the user must scroll up. This is horrendous and have lowered a lot my cpc and ecpm. Anyone noticed that?
