Can CRT and Clicks be calculated from ecpm, impressions and revenue?

How can I work out what the number of clicks and the CTR is if I only have the figures for ecpm (x), revenue(y) and impression(z)

You can’t.

I am assuming you are working with a CPI network… Most of these networks do not share the clicks volume with developers…

It is impossible to calculate CTR from just eCPM, revenue and impressions.
