I’m looking for some advertising options that don’t require SDK integration to my app.

I think Leadbolt had html ads that didn’t require any sdk at one time. Not sure if they still have them.
Leadbolt now needs address verification, copy of driver license stuff like that and what not.
Registration is too complicated, but I’ve heard they are good. Still, I’d rather keep my private info, private.
For those who registered earlier there’s no need for that. Just few days ago I received payment.
Could you possibly share you experience (and some stats) ?
