Landingpage without Click

I would like to meet other ad networks.
I just use Airpush Landing Page-Ads, automatically open the PlayStore or browser.
Clicking on a banner or similar is not necessary for triggering the advertising.
The advertising is CPM based.
Is there offer other ad networks which have a same type of advertising?

I would be careful with the Landing Page type ads, I’ve heard they are not google compliant.
