how to get paid from multiple GP accounts

i was thinking about people having multiple GP+Adnob accounts, how do they get paid when in life we can only have one name !!! and when we do not want to use parents and relatives names instead, can you explain please?

That would also require one separate paypal account (for old admob) for each admob account.
