More than 100 in admob , when do I get paid?

It seems after I upgraded to the new admob payments are still up in the air.
Under the new admob I received 35$ in Sept and 70$ in Oct. So that makes the total to be 105 by end of October. When am I supposed to received the payment in Nov and how much is paid?
