Whats stopping someone from using Mopub or Admob and calling “loadAd” on a banner but just not making it visible to the user? Like make the banner 0x0 or Visibility.INVISIBLE? Sure your CTR would go down…but you would still make impression money. It seems like if it were this easy to do, this problem would be rampant. Appreciate an answer to this.
lol you wont’ earn for empty impressions. All these networks are not paying for impressions. They pay for actions, clicks or installs
Also, you really need to look at your moral compass if you’re trying to do something like that.
And any network would check out traffic like that quite quickly and ban you.
