New Apps publishing is taking more than 2 days , any one has the same issue ?

Hello guys
I hope every thing is fine with you
I have been facing a lot of issues with Google play , having difficulties in publishing new apps although I am using different accounts and different VMs
2 days ago I tried to publish a very basic app which has no copyright issue and it is legitimate app with my design , till now it is still in pending publication state ,
I am not sure whats wrong , could it be my computer , my test phone ?
Am really confused
Any help would be appreciated

It depends to your keywords and permissions.
App is going to manual review and they changed strategy last days:

Bot review
if issue
manual operator
if issue
manual operator from … Hungary

My apps have usualy 3 bot or moderator reviews in 48h
Some apps appears instantly! Some have long time reviews.

It happened to me before, but app always got published after 2 days. Except once it like ‘‘freezed’’, it was pending for couple of days, so I unpublished it and then clicked ‘publish’ again and it get published the next day.

just published a few games, each of the games took around 3-4 hours to show in the store…
