which adnetwork pays for cpm

hello i am using ad mob and i am really disappointed with it first few days it was around $0.15 rpm but since last 7days the rpm was $0 almost and for 3000 impressions i made only $0.01 .

i really did not like that

so looking for good networks which pays on cpm basis.

Have you tried us yet at Phunware? We have campaigns running on CPM, CPC and CPI basis, and you have the ability in your dashboard to turn off / on campaign types on an app level. You can check out our media deck in my signature below. Please let me know if you have any questions.
