I’m new on this forum. I develop Android apps and I use AdMob until now. AdMob is great (although the RPMs are increasingly low), but incomes are low on one of my french-language app! I guess that AdMob works more better for international/english targeting… This app can not be translated, because it is very french specific!
I’ve heard about MobFox that it offers better RPMs for Europe, but the testimonals about this fact are old, so I don’t know if it is always the case. Is MobFox still interesting for Europe? What can I do to increase my RPMs? I think about mediation with AdMob and MobFox.
I would suggest that you use Appnext, of course, since we have the largest inventory of advertisers for the French app market, All of them are app advertisers.
On the other hand, there are other good networks as well. If I could recommend one thing for you, is to make time to do some test and to run 4-5 networks, as test. Then choose 2-3 networks and run with them.
Testing will take time and effort, but it will be worth it in the long run, I guarantee it.

Is Appnext compatible with AdMob mediation? Do you offer banners? On the website, there is native ads, interstitials, app walls and welcome screens, but not banners?!

We support AdMob and MoPub mediation, although if you integrate our own SDK (only 2 lines of code to paste) our algorithms have more data to optimise the ad flow. You can always use 2-3 different ad networks, although my recommendation would be to show high paying ads first, then fall back on other ad networks to maximise the fill rate.
