Can I link another person’s AdMob account to my developer account if it hasn’t been linked to another AdMob account before? I’m OK with the other person receiving the payments.

What if my original admob account is banned? Can I use an account of another one in my google play apps or it will be banned too? I could use my friend’s account but I’m affraid it could be detected as a clone and eventually being banned too.
I’m not sure it will be that intricate; if there’s no risk, there’s no harm in trying.
