You can’t use it only with the incentive rating, review or google plus. If you are not boosting your ranking in store, all is ok.
But…check the polfish policy firstly

hello @nishadts. Completing a survey in exchange of virtual goodies or temporary removal of ads is common practise on Pollfish platform and compatible with Google Policies. Just make sure you do not force users to take such action. Just give the the option to do this.
