    With 2017 just around the corner, we'd like to remind you that it's common to see lower eCPMs during the month of January.

    This is due to the ad budget cycle. Advertisers decrease their budgets at the start of Q1 and increase them again toward the end of the quarter.

    Hang tight and everything will be back to normal by February.

    * Please note from December 31 to January 8, our support team will be on a holiday schedule with limited availability. Your 24/7 support will be back on January 9th.

    guys is this normal, look at singapore how could i only get <1$ when there's 33 clicks ?

    Hi bagusxxalam. We support CPM (cost per mille), CPC (cost per click), CPI (cost per install) networks. Some networks don't pay for clicks. Please message me your app bundle ID or your app name and we'll check to make sure everything is fine.

    I am having a pretty bad experience with the appodeal tech support. I was sending various crash report stacktraces which seem to come from their sdk to them and asked if there is anything I can do or if they can fix it. The answer was that I should try out the "reloaded sdk" (same version number as the sdk I am using already) and guess what? Both sdks are IDENTICAL (same md5 checksum).

    Also, I am guetting gradle warnings when building my apk. I was asking for this issue, too, and got the answer that I should update to the "latest manifest" from their integration guide. But I already have the "latest manifest" integrated (which I also wrote in my mail).

    I am just using appodeal for 3 days and it's already pretty frustrating.
