About 2-4$ eCPM for chartboost.If you mean GP yes it’s compliant. Chartboost offers only interstitial. I use Appflood for banner.

2-4 $ is pretty good. I barely get 0.18 from admob for muddle East (Gulf region, Jordan Syria and egypt)

I think it has to do with advertisers. Most advertisers advertise for Western products not local middle east products. I heard about middle east advertising company called adfalcon. Not sure if this does any good.
