New Admob Unable to add payment method

hey guys, i am unable to add a payment method in new admob. i have over 1000$ in my account now and still i cant add a payment method and also my current balance on transaction history is also showing 0$

If August was your first month in new adsense, then your earnings will be finalized in September first week. Once it’s finalized your current balance will increase and you will be able to add the form of payment.

Earnings are finalised today, you should be able to add a form of payment now.
