When making new account, I know I should use new credit card, new IP address, new machine. But I’m not sure if I can access my new account (when it’s made from new credit card, new IP address, new machine) from old IP address and old machine. Any suggestions??? 
You shouldn’t login new acc with old IP. google will find relate account and ban you
