Are there any truly CPM based networks out there? I am not considering those stupid Net 60 and 90 payment networks like smaato and jumptap. Anyone knows and can share please?
My airpush revenues are on the decline so can’t rely on them anymore.
A lot of networks will tailor a CPM based payment for developers if there is very serious traffic available.
