Is there any solution for advertise app from amazon appstore (PPI, CPC) ?
Amazon offers their own service. It’s invite only from the Dev side of things, not sure for advertisers.

Misolok, there are some ad networks out there (e.g. Admob, Millennial Media, etc.) that let you target for Kindle Fire devices, which 99% mean you target Amazon users. These are CPC-networks, and the click costs seem to be quite high though.
